"Be prepared to be pressured into a meeting for some unexplainable reason in order to get a policy. If you value your time and just need a policy without having to meet with them for whatever reason, look elsewhere."

"After becoming frustrated trying to get an online quote for homeowner's insurance, I was in tears because I didn't know how to answer all the online questions. Do you know if your asphalt shingles are Architectural or just 3 tab? I called this office & was transferred to Jesus Mejia-Rodriguez. I'd been looking for a better insurance policy for a few days after my current insurer of 6 yrs, wanted me to jump through hoops to prove we got a new roof. Previously I'd spoken to 2 other insurance agents w/different companies. After an easy & relaxed conversation with Jesus, I've switched to State Farm (no hoops jumped through)."
